GroundLock Foundation Repair provides steel pier foundation repair and foundation protection services across the San Antonio to Austin corridor of Central Texas. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What you give us
The booking form on this site asks for the following. Only your name and phone number are required.
- Your name, so we know who to ask for when we call.
- Your phone number, so an inspector can confirm the appointment.
- Your email address, which is optional and used to send your confirmation.
- The property address and city or ZIP, so we can route an inspector to the right place.
- What you are seeing, the best time to reach you, and any symptoms you flag on the checker. All optional.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, our server records the IP address and browser user agent of requests. We use these to deliver the site, to keep the booking form working, and to block automated spam submissions.
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-QD9H0VEQYP) to understand which pages people find useful. Google sets its own cookies for this. You can opt out with Google's browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.
Why we use it
We use what you send to schedule and carry out a free foundation inspection, to answer your question, and to keep a record of the work. We use the automatic data to run and protect the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who else sees it
Your submission is emailed to our team through Resend, an email delivery provider, so it reaches an inspector quickly. Analytics data is processed by Google. Beyond that we share information only when a service we hire needs it to do the work, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we may need them to serve you and to document work performed, then dispose of them. Submissions our filters identify as automated spam are kept separately for a short period so we can tune the filter, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@groundlockfoundation.com or call (210) 728-6205 and we will take care of it. If you no longer want calls or texts about your inquiry, tell us and we will stop.
Texas residents may have additional rights under state law. We honor those requests the same way.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
