Using this site
This site is published by GroundLock Foundation Repair, 4402 Vance Jackson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78230. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The guides here explain how foundations behave on Central Texas soil. They are general information, not an engineering opinion about your property, and they are not a substitute for a measured inspection of your specific foundation.
Inspections and estimates
The foundation inspection we offer through this site is free and carries no obligation. It includes an elevation survey of the slab and a written plan.
Any price range shown on this site is a general range for planning, not a quote. The cost of your project depends on the pier count, access, drainage and what the survey actually measures. A binding price comes only in a written estimate for your property, after that survey.
Warranty
Our steel pier stabilization carries a lifetime transferable warranty. What it covers, what it excludes, and what a transfer requires are set out in the written warranty document you receive with your project. That document governs. Nothing on this site changes it.
Calls, texts and email
When you send the booking form you are asking us to contact you about that request, and you agree that we may call, text or email the number and address you gave us for that purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text or tell us on a call to stop, and we will.
We do not use your number for marketing unrelated to your inquiry.
Content and trademarks
The text, diagrams, photographs and layout on this site belong to GroundLock Foundation Repair. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use. Republishing them commercially, or copying them to build a competing site, is not permitted.
The soil and geology material is our own writing. Where we reference public sources such as the USDA soil survey, those sources belong to their publishers.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site correct and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, soil conditions, prices and regulations change, and pages can go out of date. We do not promise the site is free of errors, and you should confirm anything you plan to rely on with us directly.
Limits
To the extent Texas law allows, GroundLock Foundation Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the workmanship of a project we actually perform, which is governed by your written agreement and warranty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Bexar County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is dated September 8, 2026; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
